I just ordered a Rotar Porsche 993 and it took 3 weeks with no contact. When I opened a chat with them they said they didn't know when the shipment was and didn't know anything. Because I'm a trade buyer.
So, I sent a cancellation email. I still haven't received a reply, and I can't confirm that it's been cancelled.
Then after one min Kev Canham ASSISTANT TRADE MANAGER email me " I have checked your order and the parts are correct for the VIN" Are you really doing business?
