I’m afraid Dobbies (Dalkeith) has really gone downhill in last 5 years. It seems to have expanded its empire/floor space to fit in even more Christmas tat and expensive household gifts - plus the added bonus of a 25-minute wait in a queue if you require a light snack and/or coffee.
Disappointing
