I had a booking from Morzine to Geneva . We waited for more than 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. There is no number to call and, unlike many of the other transfer companies, they do not take a passenger contact phone number. As a result, you are left wondering whether to continue waiting or to cut your losses and try to find another way to get to the airport. We chose the later but now cannot get a refund for this appalling lack of service
