Worked with Easyspace as a customer for more than 15 years.
Their prices are always the most expensive and gradually shift all services to another provider.
Last week 31oct2021 cancelled my last service, a dedicated server with a bill dated 06nov2021.
Easyspace charged my credit cards 130GBP for the service due on 06nov2021 and they do not want to do a refund.
Service billed monthly and not required anymore.
They claim that you need to cancel 1 month before and they don't have a refund policy, how to cancel a service 1 month before if it is a monthly service.
The support and sales team are rude and non ethical and with no customer support education.
I do not recommend any person to deal with Easyspace as no respect to customers and their policies and terms are hidden and not clear and you'll end up losing money.
