Awful service. Took my money to register a new domain. Their rubbish platform kept telling me it was being setup. Contacted them the next day and they said actually there was an issue but they cant look at it for two days. I then went to a genuine provider and registered the same domain in seconds. Awful platform, awful broken service and customer service is no existent. Avoid at all costs.
It's been 3 days and still waiting for a refund.
