Would give ZERO stars if I could.
Lost my phone and it took numerous contacts for them to eventually find it even though I had to pay about £10 to get it insured at their 'valuation'.
Found it again, then claimed a load of nonsense about screen burn and reduced a perfectly grand working phone from £220 to £55.
Scandalous.
Con-men.
