I've sent 2 separate phones to them both in perfect condition other than one very tiny mark on the front of me be of them. I have always looked after my phone's and they were perfectly. Good offer originally received but once phone was sent in offered 75% less and told it was suffering from screen burn. I've asked for phone to be returned as nothing wrong with it.....very dissatisfied and annoyed with Enviro phone!!
