I had used envirofone in the past but this time its like the company have changed. They had always been honest and decent however this time when returning a £190 phone they adjusted the offer to £38 and said it will be automatically accepted unless action isn't made. you can't decline this offer online. As soon as I called to reject they offered to increase the £38. This isn't the actions of an honest company.
