I sent off my phone etc, they offered me originally £68 for my phone.
After they had received it the price went down to £17 in which they said it had a photo issue , which was very new to me .
I asked them to return to me , which they did very promptly.
I then took into my local market offered me £50 .
I feel envirofone are not to be trusted and best to shop around.
