Couldnt have had a worse experience with this company. Ordered a phone on next day delivery. Over a week later and it still hasnt arrived. Absolutely no contact from.Envirofone in this time, i had to keep.contacting them. Customer services couldnt have been less interested in helping and in the end ive just asked for a refund. I will never use this company again. Have been left over a week with no phone which has lost me money and caused me loads of hassle. Will stick to Giff Gaff from now on, wish to god i'd ordered from them to begin with!
