Warranty not fulfilled
My phone broke 2 months after I bought it. I was told by a phone repair shop that 2 components on the motherboard had broken, probably while the phone was charging. Envirofone would not repair or replace my phone under the 1 year warranty as there was superficial damage to the power button which was not affecting the functionality of the phone.
Moreover, despite being told that I would have the broken phone returned to me, I never received it back.
