Had a z fold 3 phone. The only fault was a very slight crack on the front screen. It worked fine. Was quoted up to £179. Sent the phone in. Got an email telling me £50. Asked for the phone back and on it return the screen was completely smashed though. Looks like it was hit with a spike. Emailed 10 days ago, still no response form them.
