Horrific. Sent a pristine phone away because the screen was to much to replace(Note20 Ultra) (it was dead. No cracks, scratched etc) said i wouldn't get money due to me not being able to wipe my data from it.
Received the phone back completely smashed. Said they're not liable and it's sent at our own risk.
What didn't help is the flimsy little cardboard box they send these phones in. A little bubble wrap or something extra could have prevented it.
Definitely will not use ever again. And I'd urge you all to avoid it too.
