Phone dispatched was not the Phone I bought. Something wrong in the system somewhere.
Envirophone customer service refuse point blank to admit any fault, claiming I've somehow accidentally ordered a phone locked to a different network. Appalling. Leaves me with a mess to sort out, returning the unwanted package at my own expense. AVOID
