if i could give negative stars i would. i posted a phone over three months ago and envirofone initially claimed to have misplaced it which is why there was a delay in processing my money. every time i have emailed since i get told it is being passed to the processing team and i will hear back in a few days. i just want them to send me my phone back now this is too much hastle. I have NEVER gotten an email from this 'processing team' if one exists. why is nobody in your company actually able to respond to customers.
