The packaing is subpar. And they've caused an unnecessary, and costly, problem with custom. They refused to take any responsibility, and claimed it was all part of their policy - but it was never stated in the site, nor did it seem like their own people were aware to this policy at first. So, a flakey and unreliable company, that doesn't care in the least about its customers.
