Awful customer service - not contactable at all. Well over a week just to dispatch my order - now it’s been weeks since I sent my returns and haven’t even had confirmation of receipt. Sent email enquiries and got the same automated reply other reviewers have complained about - ‘high volume of emails’… yada yada. They still manage to bombard me with spam emails at least once a day though! I used to order from evans all the time but the service levels have clearly dropped drastically. UPDATE - several more weeks have passed now, still no reply to my emails and they still haven’t processed my return items - have had to claim my money back through the credit card company. Sham company - will never, ever order from them again.
