They said I'd receive my jacket in a week, but it took over a month. It's way too large, so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. It's been 4 months and there have been no replies to my many emails. $118 down the drain. Order at your own risk from Evans and Carter. Not to mention there were no inside pockets or a sleeve pocket- in a ski jacket! Pretty worthless.
