Abysmal customer service. AVOID and save your money!
The flowers I ordered have still not been delivered (should have been there yesterday), despite me placing the order over 2 weeks ago.
I realise that Covid is not helping, but despite emailing Fineflora I can get no information as to whether they have even been shipped.
Having now seen other reviews of Fineflora ( generally AWFUL), I am fearful that if the flowers ever arrive they will be in a dreadful state.
