I ordered 2 sets of contacts on 10/20/15 for Halloween and they did not get sent out until 10/22/15; therefore, I did not receive them until 2 days after Halloween. I sent them back unopened on 11/3/15 and asked for a refund. They received them on 11/9/15 (according to the USPS tracking number). I have emailed them several times and sent a message on their website twice and have not received any response or my REFUND!! I will never order from these guys and I wish I could get them off of the internet. They are THIEVES!!!
