I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received. I purchased a garden sofa set, and after just two years, one of the legs broke. I contacted customer service to request a replacement and was told there would be a charge. While I initially asked if the replacement could be provided free of charge—since you wouldn’t expect a leg to break so soon—I later agreed to pay for the replacement. However, it has now been months and I have still not received any response. This is very frustrating and unacceptable.
