Purchased a very expensive luxury watch, only for it to go faulty. Goldsmiths fobbed me off twice (so far) regarding repair. They are clearly running down the warranty on it to get out of repairing it. Spoken to Citizens Advice who say that they should be offering a repair, refund or replacement by law at this point. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately.
