Love their stuff, but, bought a thermal mug for a xmas gift, , thats leaking after no more than 6 uses they offered me £2 to go online to find a seal, i dont even know if it is the seal,!, terrible customer service quoting, my rights, didnt come over as particularly friendly or bothered, really dissapointed, wont be buying from them again and theres me, trying to buy british!! Poor show
