Dreadful experience. First they send me two faulty vinyls and then they flag my review for “not being genuine” instead of just helping me with this. They received my return of two faulty vinyls on the 27/01/2021 (as confirmed by Royal Mail). I received no confirmation of this at all and they are not refunding my moneys Absolute thieves.
