Ordered and paid for a Bob Dylan live 1966 CD box set, received nothing, phoned to enquire, they didn't know when it would be in stock so I cancelled order and received a refund, Was charged £5.25 for the call! Got the item cheaper elsewhere. If I phone them to complain, it will cost me "£4.54 access charge". How crooked is that? For cash CD and vinyl shopping will go to independents in future and for the internet, will use Amazon as they are a reputable company. Sp angry, they are unaccountable, inapproachable and are even now taking up my time and energy (grrr)!
