...what services...!!!!!..lies rubbish all devious antics from jenny chief executive pa who blames Jasmin for not investigating my complaint weeks ago..... Customer services manager never got complaint ....yes Paul Johnston Naylor a decent hmv manager stated that bad service from Joe in Oxford street store should be reported..... Etc etc etc.....nearly a month nothing but lies plausible condescending rubbish from the remains of HMv head office..... Absolutely perthetic
