Absolutely awful. Had to wait 12 weeks for delivery for a sofa and footstool. When they were delivered, both arrived damaged. My wife rejected the goods - Harveys still took the complete payment and now 2 weeks later they are not communicating and we have no furniture. Chased them several times, and now they are saying there is no damage to the goods, despite being provided with photographic evidence......
Disgraceful - avoid this company.
