We bought a sofa 2 years ago it is called Lullaby, it constantly sags and has become extremely uncomfortable. When we explained this to harvey's they said they cannot do anything until we pay £45.00 to have someone to have a look at it. Which we did they said this is just what happens to the sofa's and that adding more filling would stop this from happening. Even with this Harveys refuse to help us resolve this issue with our sofa.
