Never purchased with as bad, disorganised and completely messed company. When we purchased our couch we were told that it will be LATEST in 13 weeks. After 12 weeks we got informed that couch can be delivered next week. Decided on delivery date, received a confirmation, I thought everything was fine. On delivery date we are waiting for the couch. Already got rid of everything and make a space. The time is passing, but nothing has happened. No calls, no texts, no delivery service. Decided to call customer service. After HALF HOUR waiting we got informed they had an issue at warehouse, our furniture has not arrived yet and the delivery has been cancelled (oh, What a lovely customer service for NOT letting us know!!!) and also the furniture will not be available for another 3 weeks. Over all my experience with them was horrible. Customer service is beyond the joke. I had purchased furniture and other items with many other bigger and more busy stores, and never had a single problem. Maybe Harvers should prioritise their customers a bit more instead of focusing just on how much money they can get of them.
