Very poor service at Harveys. We purchased a sofa 5 weeks ago and got a date when delivery was expected as we were buying our home and we fitted it right on the date that we would have the keys so we wouldn’t be without. As we had went into harveys upper boat store last week for a up date on our sofa they were very rode and arrogant. We didn’t have no help from the staff and had no up date! The man that we had purchased the sofa from at the time completely ignored me and my partner and wasn’t bothered about about our concerns. As now it have been 6 weeks since we have purchased the sofa we have not heard one word off Harvey’s. Trying to get hold of them on the phone it was a ridiculous waiting time. I am not happy with this company and would not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a sofa!
