I ordered my Sofa and chair with an advised lead time of 9 weeks. I am now on week 13 and have not received delivery. I called to get an update, and after a 55 minute wait i was told they would deliver my order on the next coming Friday. In the run up to our delivery date, I have disposed of my old sofa in preparation of my new one arriving. I was then called the day before my delivery date at 5pm telling me my order will not be delivered! I called the customer services team immediately to find out what has happened. After another 50 minute wait, I was told the sofa hadn't even arrived in the warehouse yet and i would not receive delivery until early December. I am no left with no seating arrangements and a heavily pregnant fiancee that cannot get comfortable and rest. I have repeatedly expressed this point but don't seem to be getting anywhere with the staff. I have asked for the matter to be resolved asap but there doesnt seem to be any urgency from the staff and when i asked to speak to a supervisor, i was refused as he was too busy to take my call. I have given them 1 last chance to call me back with a resolotion by the end of the day otherwise i will be cancelling my order and going elsewhere. By far the worst customer service i have ever received and would not advise anyone to purchase from them. The attitude and response I have received is unacceptable!!
