appalling service.
ordered a sofa at the start of September and paid additional to have the item extended. given two separate delivery dates which both have fallen through and when asking for a full refund was transferred into a que which I have been on hold in for over an hour.
avoid this company at all costs. there customer service is non existent.
personally i would rather sit on hot coals than any furniture they offer.
