My corner sofa just arrived but it's just totally wrong in the room and is much too big. Also despite being told it only has one cable for the electric recliners it had two, one each end. Not only is this ridiculous looking running across the floor but it's a major trip hazard. I'm prepared to take a financial hit by paying for it to be returned and to buy 2 3 seater sofas, but got a flat no. They won't even acknowledge giving us the wrong information about the cable in the showroom. They have our money now so they don't give a damn. I will NEVER buy a thing from them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. I'm sat here literally crying because I was convinced they would help but I'm stuck with this monstrosity for years now. Absolutely disgusting.
