Ordered an armchair and paid in full at local showroom also paid £57 delivery charge. Was supposed to come today, booked day off from work and waited in all day. Phoned customer services at 4pm and after waiting almost an hour was promptly cut off. Rang again, waited another 35 mins before getting cut off again. To say I’m fuming is an understatement after booking valuable leave time off work, paying £57 delivery, waiting in all day and night, totally useless customer service and to top it off they couldn’t even have the common decency to let me know they couldn’t make the delivery.
