Why do I feel like I am going through the same thing as the person who logged a review three days ago (see below of there review they put).
I'm going to chase them tomorrow and if I don't get anywhere then I will post this on Twitter and I will visit the shop for that refund. Who thinks this acceptable if you paid up front for the item and you had to wait 3 months for the sofa to be available.

"Appalling company. Ordered a sofa waited on the specified day for delivery. Never arrived!! Arranged 2nd delivery date after spending an hour on hold. Waited again and guess what! Never arrived!
No contact from customer service to say it wouldn’t arrive
Terrible company DO NOT USE.
