Very unhappy. Had a delivery booked, but wrong sofa on the van so sent it back.....cannot get an answer fro Harveys or DHL regarding my sofa.....Harveys report they cannot get through to DHL to find out what is happening!!!
Who organised that system!!!
Fell very pessimistic, when will this be resolved????
