If i could give zero stars I would. Simply the WORST experience ever. Spending over £1500 and told my goods would be with me in 9 weeks. 16 weeks later they arrive. Only problem is they are damaged and the incorrect product sent. I then have to chase their pitiful customer service who cannot speak to me about it as it was a web sale and that's a different team that don't have telephones apparently. Why the customer service team cannot simply advise me is beyond me.
I am told it would take 10 working days for someone to contact me.........to date NOTHING. Utterly astounding this company can operate with such a lack of service. I wonder if anyone will take the time to actually speak to me. Probably the worst experience shopping of my life please avoid at all costs for your own sanity.
