I am so disgusted with this company, for their lack of empathy, customer service, and attentiveness. Before I even drove off the lot my card was charged more than the agreed upon amount, I then spent a half a day on the phone only to go in circles with the company and nobody could give a clear answer as to why this happened. I received the rental due to a car accident with my personal vehicle, I was told to print a bill and give it to my insurance company so that I could hand it off to the insurance company to pay the bill. My card has now been charged $1000 altogether and trying to get any employee on the phone is nightmare. I would never recommend Hertz if a customer is looking for an honest and reliable company.
NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY if you want a reliable corporation with your credit card company
