My in laws booked 3 week break commencing on the 2nd October, However my father in law was taken ill with a stroke 2 days before they were due to travel, Obviously they had to cancel however as they cancelled less than 7 days before they LOST over £1000.I was told they were offered holiday insurance which my in-laws swear blind they weren't and when challenged for the call recording miraculously it cannot be found..hmmm how coincidental.
DO NOT TOUCH THESE WITH A BARGEPOLE!!
