Though very easy and straightforward to book a holiday with Hoseasons. Suppose you need to cancel your holiday for a genuine reason, then you will realise how ruthless they could be.
I am an NHS worker and wanted to relax with my family after working hard on the covid +ve ward. However, Hoseasons has claimed the reward for my risk and hard work without offering a refund.
I needed to cancel my planned holiday with Hoseasons because I am starting a training lasting 2 years. I booked the holiday on the 8th of January 2022 and immediately cancelled with Hoseasons, informing them of my planned training yesterday, the 27/01/22. I booked the holiday for August 2022.
To my surprise and astonishment, Hoseasons declined a refund claiming I did not tick a box for insurance. Indeed, 7 months is more than enough for Hoseasons to find an alternative holiday family. The rigidity of their one-for-all response is a fraudulent practice and not acceptable.
I am using a free resolving team called Resolver to help claim my refund. I will keep updating this site as I go along with the case.
