Hoseasons are the WORST holiday company ever.
Wouldn't move my booking without charging me 75% of my total booking (nearly £500) - absolute rip off company with rip off t&cs.
Better customer service in a prison canteen.
Avoid Hoseasons like the plague and book direct with the site you're considering (you'll get it cheaper this way too) - all my friends and family are doing the same after hearing about my experience.
