They were rubbish two years ago, it seems things are just as bad if not worse. Anyone having issues with them should consider using the Small claim's court process
I and many others had previous issues with this lot, they were posting fake reviews to increase their ratings.
Same problems then, non response to emails, not answering calls, management and directors not taking responsibility for customer complaints. If you are thinking of using them, then one word 'don't'
