Booked a lodge advertised by Hoeseasons as having "one double and one twin bedroom" to find on arrival that it had 2 double bedrooms. No alternative accommodation or solution offered by Hoeseasons other than a refund in "up to 10 days", absolutely no customer care or assistance offered after their incorrect description of the lodge.
Contacted Hoeseasons to point out their error, their reply was, basically, they are not interested and they still (nearly a 3 weeks later) are incorrectly describing the lodge. Clearly they are quite happy with their inaccuracy.
