Hoseasons cannot deal with complaints, all they want is your money.
I have never had a worse holiday caravan and they didn't care. After asking to escalate my complaint, they just ignored it and never even replied
Book with ANY company other than hoseasons. Shame, as they used to be a good Company. My whole family are very disappointed after giving hoseasons thousands of pounds over the years, But Never Again
