I tried to book our holiday online which it was asking us to pay the full amount instead of giving us the option to pay a deposit and the remaining closer to the date.
I call through to hoseasons and spoke to agent at the new booking team called Daniel, he was so helpful with helping book the holiday and polite. I can really say the customer service from Daniel was brilliant.
