I would give zero if I could. Not even gone away yet! We are taking my mum away for a week. She is in palliative care and awaiting open heart surgery.
Partly my fault that I didn't fully look into accessibility of what we booked, but trying to put it right is a nightmare.
Hoseasons are impossible to communicate with us. The holiday village number is permanently engaged.
Just terrible customer service.
I thought about changing myself on line, but to cancel booking now, I would lose about 80 per cent of what I paid.
I will keep trying but not impressed.
