Turned up to our property to find Hoseasons had not secured it with the owner (who had also ignored my messages about our arrival time 'cos they didn't recognise the name') Ended up booking into a Premier Inn with elderly parents who we were taking away for respite care. When customer care eventually called back they acknowledged mistake, apologised and said someone was on it. Nearly 2 weeks later and no-one responds and they still have our money for the booking we made 3 months ago. Utterly unbelievable crapness. Minus 5stars!
