Was due to go away with my family today but Hoseasons decided to tell us a day before it’s been cancelled due to a faulty boiler. This is the 3rd time they have used this excuse so when booking be ready for them ringing the day before. Very poor service and when you ring them they don’t even seem bothered. The most annoying thing is we had booked stuff to do around the lodge area and won’t get our money back for that either as it’s too far away to drive and do them each day.
Shocking company and all the reviews people have wrote says it all
