Avoid, avoid, avoid. An appalling experience. I had to change my dates due to family illness, which I was only able to do by speaking with their supposed customer service team. They charged me £20 to speak to someone - outrageous given that they give you no choice but to do so. This was on top of the £60 admin fee which was included with the original booking, and the £49 pet fee I would have been charged for a 3 night stay. I was then told there was a £55 fee to change the dates. So, in all, over £150 of the total cost I would have paid would have been taken up by these charges - for what?? And all of this on top of the very significant price differential I was quoted to book the same type of accommodation just a couple of weeks later. I ended up cancelling my booking. I lost my deposit, but I’d rather do that than give these scammers another single penny of my money. They should be ashamed of shamelessly ripping people off in this way.
