Absolutely disgusted by Hoseasons. Back in February, My family and I (including a 1 year old, 5 year old and 8 year old) booked our first family holiday together at Black Hall Lodges for a week in August. We arrived at 8pm after a very stressful 5 hour drive, alongside our Sainsbury’s food delivery, to find someone in our lodge ( which resulted in our eldest having a panic attack!). I had made the booking through Hoseasons and paid for the holiday through Hoseasons. They had not sent any of the information of this booking to the Black Hall Lodges. We were incredibly lucky that the Black Hall Lodges managed to put us up for a few nights in a different lodge and they were nothing but accommodating to us. But Hoseasons were far from helpful, they did not help/offer to find us other accommodation themselves, they refused to refund the holiday. They have STILL not refunded us for the holiday or compensation. What was meant to be relaxing, enjoyable first family holiday together turned into a stressful, unpleasant, emotional time and Hoseasons are not willing to take responsibility for it. We have booked through Hoseasons many times before, we are completely devastated by their actions.
